Contact

Everything about Ojas Pay runs through Telegram. There is no phone line and no email address: a written trail in one place is better for both sides when a transfer needs to be checked later.

The manager

Kabir runs the partner desk for East India. Write to him through the manager account linked on every page of this site. He reads messages himself on working days from nine in the morning to nine in the evening, Indian Standard Time, and answers most of them within the hour. Outside those hours the message waits, nothing is lost.

The bot

The Ojas Pay bot is the entry point for new partners. Open it, answer four questions about your city, your banks, the age of the accounts and the hours you can give, and Kabir takes it from there. The bot also sends the daily settlement note once you are onboarded.

The channel

The channel publishes the morning settlement figures every day and the three numbers of the week every Monday. Join it before you decide anything: a week of real figures says more than any page on this site.

What to have ready when you write

Your city, the banks you use, how long the accounts have been open and how many free hours you have in the evening. If you already have a question about a specific transfer, add the UTR and the date. If a bank has asked you about turnover, say so in the first message, that case goes to the top of the queue.

What the desk never does

Nobody from Ojas Pay will ask for bank logins, OTPs, card numbers or wallet keys, and nobody will contact you from an account other than the bot, the manager account and the channel linked here. Report anything else to Kabir.
